The primary purpose of your association is to maintain the common areas of our neighborhood (islands and palm trees) in a manner that reflects positively on our community and protects your property value. To properly maintain the palm trees costs over $20,000 and maintaining the islands takes another $12,000 per year. In addition, both entrances could use some work and we will prioritize them as funds are available. We will do everything possible to maintain the look of the neighborhood but we cannot do it without your contribution. We ask a minimum of $50 per household and, in the past, many have generously given more.
