| Island Maintenance |
| Most of our homeowners agree, the numerous Islands in our community make our community special. The upkeep and maintenance of the islands is one of the major expenses that
our HOA dues covers. Some islands are maintained by individual homeowners, but many are not
In September the board began hearing complaints that the islands were not being maintained properly, and we attempted to resolve the issues we were having with the individual
hired to work on the islands to no avail.
Since the islands are so important to the overall look to our neighborhood, we solicited bids to businesses to assist in the maintenance of these islands.
We chose to contract with Orange Environmental Services. They will be maintaining approximately 89 islands in the Foxridge Community

IN addition, Orange Environmental Services had indicated that any Foxridge Home Owner who pays their
$50.00 annual membership dues will receive a $50.00 credit off yearly price of service if they have a contract with them, and
a 10% off any New Service with them (except Sentricon).
