February 2, 2023

Within the next week or so, we are mailing a letter to those households in the Foxridge Community reminding to pay their 2023 Dues.

Dues are only $50.00 per year, which is a bargain compared to other communities.

While our Association is voluntary, the $50.00 dues are used to maintain the numerous Islands in our neighborhood that make our neighborhood unique.  We also trim and maintain the palm trees in the islands approximately every other year, which as you can imagine is rather expensive.

Now the Islands and the Palm trees are actually owned by Clay County, the county obviously does not want to maintain them and would rather cut them down if we do not maintain them.  Also we have been looking for volunteers to organize special events, such as Easter, Christmas Etc.

Enclosed in the letter are self addressed envelops.  Please return your payment in the sefl addressed stamped enveiop, or you will now notice we have a new QR code on the letter, which will allos you to scan the QR code with the camera
of you mobile device which you can now pay on-line.

Thanks for your Support!

Special Thanks to Jill Maunz and Greg Williams!-Thanks for printing out the addresses and envelops!
